RETURNS
Mediply Plus accepts return however can only be given in the form of credit or exchange. All returns that can be allowed for credit or exchange are at the discretion of Mediply Plus.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery. Shipping fees apply.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at orders@mediplyplus.com.au. Once return has been approved, you will receive an email with instructions and return label.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
All items must be new, unopened, and unused. If conditions are not met, refund will be refused.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. An outcome of the return will be emailed to you.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special orders
Non-stock items
Specific medical supplies
Faulty Products
Any damaged or incorrect products must be made within 2 days of delivery. Contact us immediately if you have any issue with the order.
Mediply Plus will be responsible for paying for shipping if goods found to be damaged or incorrect.
Please Note
Mediply Plus has the right to refuse a refund if return order does not meet the conditions.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Products must be packed appropriately to prevent product damage in transit.
We will not be liable for any product damage in transit.
Must be in original packaging.
Must be approved.
